Update 2/7/24
Happy Lunar New Year's Eve! I'm going to spend today deep cleaning the apartment to help usher in good luck and prosperity 🧧
For this Friday Snaggletooth #Business Update
- Got word R&D 3 is shipping on the way, fingers crossed we make it to the last R&D round
- We've finished our Persona & Branding work which will guide us as we start developing marketing/brand assets
- Finally got hold of some bag manufacturers and getting quotes/MOQs. Learning a lot about digital vs. flexographic printing
- Put out this product attribute rank survey - please take it to help us out!
Time for another Snaggletooth Friday Business Update
- Finally heard back from the contract manufacturer, R&D Run 3 should be in progress
- General brand design art direction was approved will be passed off to designers to start coming up with logos/brand elements
- Briefed the creative team on packaging
- Got initial sketches with our Illustrator to as we start developing our Cat character
Update 1/26/24
Hi Everyone! Experimenting on how I want to give business updates:
- brought on a project manager to PM my go to market
- aiming for an May/June 2024 launch
- started prelim phase of branding and voice work
- still watching the initial edits of my marketing course, been lagging here
